8. Cancellation Policy
Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled visit. Company understands that occasional late cancellations happen; however, if Company observes a pattern of late cancellations (notice of less than 24 hours), Company may, at its sole discretion, charge a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service rate for that visit if the vacated time slot could otherwise have been filled by another client. Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Client before applying this fee.
9. Payment
Client agrees to pay for Services according to the rate and billing schedule provided by Company, as reflected on Client's Owner & Pet Profile. Payment is due as specified at that time, and late or declined payments may result in suspension of Services until resolved.
10. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Client's pet's behavior, including bites, property damage, or injury to third parties, except where caused by Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Term & Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with reasonable written notice (e.g., email or text).
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with Client's Owner & Pet Profile on file with Company, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.
